Bethany Juarez is a fourth-year undergraduate student, graduating in the Spring of 2026 (with a research distinction), majoring in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Science. Her research interests focus on organizational behavior, such as the impact of interpersonal relationships in the workplace, increasing identity safety, and factors that influence employee retention. Bethany has contributed to projects examining growth mindset beliefs, and trust in power-imbalanced relationships. After graduation, she plans to pursue a graduate program in Organizational Behavior or Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
